As a Hearing Instrument Specialist, it has always been my mission to provide aural rehabilitation counseling to my patients. My approach to patient care is unique to each individual. My goal is to help patients succeed with the right hearing aid technology, improving both their hearing and quality of life. I work with my patients over several visits to find the right hearing aid adjustment, teaching them about devices’ maintenance and daily usage, and most importantly building an interpersonal trust patient-provider.
Being part of Spectra Sound team gives me the opportunity to do what I Iike the most, compassionate guidance to our customers through hearing healthcare services and medical insurance processes. I take great joy seeing how our patients’ lives transform as they discover how much the hearing aids can help. I gladly offer support to Hispanic population being a Spanish interpreter. I coordinate the continuity of patient care after dispensing the hearing aids, by working together towards excellent customer service satisfaction.
